Shipping & Order Information

We’re committed to keeping books—and shipping—affordable for families. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Refunds

Because our books are ordered specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, we're happy to make it right. Please see the Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section below for assistance.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want every order from Jacob & Els’ Corner to arrive just as expected. If your book arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please submit our Order Issue Form within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and information about the affected item. Once reviewed, eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled until 7:00 PM ET on the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 7:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays may be cancelled until 7:00 PM ET on the next business day.

After the applicable 7:00 PM ET cutoff, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

To request a cancellation, please submit the cancellation form below before the applicable cutoff time and include your order number.

Cancel an Order

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, or your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please submit our Order Issue Form below with your order number and we'll review the shipment information and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Jacob & Els’ Corner does not store your full credit card information.
